Scaffolding Work at Adarsh Palm Retreat Villas, Bellandur

Adarsh Palm Retreat Villas in Bellandur is one of the villa communities where our crews have worked many times. This is how we approach scaffolding for a villa job, and what helps the work go smoothly.

The job at Adarsh Palm Retreat Villas

Villa communities like Adarsh Palm Retreat Villas in Bellandur bring a mix of work in one place: exterior elevations, finishing and painting, double-height living areas, staircases and common spaces. That means more than one kind of scaffolding on the same job.

For the outside of a villa we usually put up MS scaffolding built to the shape of the elevation. Inside, where floors are finished and ceilings are high, aluminium mobile towers are the cleaner choice because they are light and roll on castors.

MS scaffolding for villa exteriors

Villas rarely have flat, simple walls. There are projecting balconies, sunken entrances and corners. MS tube-and-clamp scaffolding can be adjusted to follow all of this, so painters and plasterers can reach every part of the elevation from a firm, level platform.

Aluminium towers for interiors and high ceilings

For chandeliers, double-height walls, staircases and ceiling work inside a finished villa, we send aluminium towers. They protect floors better than steel, move easily from room to room and can be set up and taken down quickly.

What to plan for in a gated community

• Gate and delivery timings. Confirm with the community office when material trucks can enter and where they can unload.
• Space around the villa. Share photos of the plot, so we can plan the base, the corners and any trees or fixtures in the way.
• Which trades are working. Tell us whether it is painting, plastering, repairs or fit-out, so we can build the right platforms at the right heights.
• Duration. A few days or a few months changes the system and the quote.
